Translational Infrastructure

BioCyto Labs has invested in specialised translational nanoparticle engineering infrastructure supporting advanced formulation development for CNS therapeutic delivery applications.
This includes commissioning of a climate-controlled electrohydrodynamic atomisation (EHDA/electrospraying) system designed to support experimental optimisation of nanoparticle architectures under tightly regulated environmental conditions relevant to translational formulation engineering.
The platform supports investigation of:
  • Nanoparticle size regulation
  • Dispersity optimisation
  • Formulation stability
  • Encapsulation performance
  • Biologically relevant delivery behaviour
within advanced CNS-focused delivery system workflows.
BioCyto’s platform incorporates experimentally informed nanoparticle engineering workflows including serum-relevant stability assessment, BBB-relevant endothelial systems, TEER analysis, and physicochemical nanoparticle characterisation.
